Just switched from Koodo to Telus. Ported our numbers, got our new phones, signed a 2 year agreement and activated all, but our mobility account does not show up on the "My Telus" page. It's been 4 d...

2 hours agoDon't worry, since your phones are working, your service is completely fine! This is a common glitch when moving from Koodo to Telus because the system gets confused if you use the same email address.
Here is how to fix it yourself:
1. Find your account number on the Service Agreement PDF emailed to you.
2. Log in via a web browser on the Telus website (not the mobile app).
3. Manually link it by going to your profile settings, clicking Link an account, and entering your new account number.
