5G or not
I have 3 phones on with Telus all using E-sim card Samsung 24 Ultra, Note 22,and Note 20 they are in the same house and all phones side by side only the 24 shows 5G the other two dont have any thing...
Can you try resetting the network settings on the Note 22 and see if that gets it to connect?
The notes each say prefer 5G what brought this on is my sister was in town with the 22. She told me that when she went to search for something that the phone said she had no data. I checked and she has roaming on. so I tried to figure it out when she got home. I have no issue with th 24 and the 20 never leaves the house

Maybe try toggling airplane mode off/on to see if she gets her data back? If that doesn't work maybe power cycle the phone.
