Telus Connect app login failure: Unable to login to this app with your My Account settings

Do you have a TELUS My Account profile set up? If so, you would use those credentials.
Yes and that is what I am using, it is small business account, not sure if it changes anything.

Thanks for clarifying - I was going to ask about your account type. The TELUS Connect App doesn't support business accounts; It's strictly for residential accounts at this time.
