Internet EPP discount has fallen off, and I've been waiting to speak with a supervisor

Still waiting to hear back from a supervisor since last Friday, who was supposed to re-add some EPP code to my account. Any idea how long this is supposed to take?

  • After a long time on the phone, it would that during my epp sign up, another promo was added in, which caused the epp sign up to fail the next day. This would explain why I received the original email sign up documents with the original epp price, and then shortly after received another with the non epp price. 

    Due to epp only working on initial sign up, my account is no longer valid for epp and only can be manually discounted via the loyalty department - which is what exactly happened in the end. 

    Frustrating to the maximum, due to mistakes made from telus staff during sign up and endless hours on the phone, but alas loyalty department was able to make it right (with credits for over billing).
