ERROR MESSAGE CONTACTING TELUS
RECEIVED FIRST BILLING AND TRYING TO INQUIRE ABOUT CONNECTION FEE CREDIT AND OTHER FEES FOR SERVICES NOT USED (411 DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE).
GETTING AN ERROR "We were unable to submit your form due to technical issues. Please try again."
ATTEMPTED TO FILL FORM AND SUBMIT BUT CONSISTENTLY GETTING THE ABOVE ERROR. TRIED CALLING BUT WITHOUT ANY SUCCESS. NEEDING A RESOLUTION OR TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE ABOUT THE BILLING ISSUES.
