Billing Discrepancy & Website Error: Cannot submit dispute via telus website

Hi Community,

 

I am writing on behalf of myself, Shin, who is facing a frustrating issue with the recent internet renewal.

The Billing Issue: I renewed the Telus internet contract this past February. However, the recent bill shows a different monthly fixed charge that does not match the agreed price on the signed Service Agreement. I am currently being overcharged.

The Website Technical Error: We have been trying to submit a bill dispute through telus - service request website today. From 09:40 AM to 7:30 PM, we repeatedly tried every few hours, but the website constantly throws the following error message: "We’re having trouble submitting your bill dispute at the moment. Please try again later." We tried "Edge", "Chrome", "Firefox" with the submission.......

 

Initially I called "1-800-667-5041". The agent eventually guided me to submit the request on Telus website. Since the online portal is completely broken and we cannot submit the request, could a Telus Community Manager or moderator please reach out to us via private message to help resolve this billing dispute?
