Vivint moved still getting calls

I called and emailed to cancel my service at end of my term and was told system would be in test mode from time new ownership of home by New home owner for 3 weeks.
This never happened and I’m getting calls when they set off the alarm.
Please stop calling me and get the system into test mode like previously stated on calls.
