Reconnecting indoor video camera

I have a Telus security system in my home. I recently replaced my Telus wifi equipment and have been able to connect my system's control panel to the new wifi router. I have been unable to connect my Alarm branded video camera to my telus security system using the methods I have found on the telus website and on youtube videos. Can anyone offer me ideas on how to reconnect my camera?  Thank you!!!
