telusmail.net email deactivated

Telus deactivated all of my telusmail.net email accounts!

I cannot log in to myTelus, because the verification code is sent to my telus email.

I tried using Gmail account recovery tool, but only got "contact your admin" message. How do I contact Telus' email admin? They have no real customer support, only some useless chatbot.
