Question about My TELUS web / services
On the Overview page, it shows that I have one account with 6 services.
They are grouped as follows:
Home services account <account number>
- Home phone
- Optik TV
- Home Internet
- Dial Up Internet
Home services account - Member
- Optik TV
- Optik TV
On the My profile page, it says I have one account with 4 home services.
Why is there a discrepancy? What is a "Member" account?
