Order Shipped” Notification in Telus App for Phone Purchased In-Store
I’m having an issue with the Telus app. On the Overview tab, it keeps showing that my order has been shipped, but I have never placed a delivery order with Telus. When I click on the notification, it’s for the phone I bought in person at a store.
There doesn’t seem to be any way to clear this notification, and it’s been stuck there for a while. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a fix for this issue?

Hello, so I seen ya post and I had just purchased a phone from the telus store as well today and I got the same message on my account as well. Was there a way to solve this issue?

That's definitely odd. Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

unfortunately reinstalling the app does not fix the problem.
