Upgraded wifi plan

Hello,
I just upgraded my wifi plan from 500mbps to 3000mbps, but it keeps saying "Activating" on the plan. Whenever I check my plan it is still on 500mbps, so I'm not sure what's going on or how long I need to wait for it to change. Does anyone know how long it takes for the upgrade to take effect? I called Telus, but no one picked up maybe because it's busy.

I'm assuming you upgraded your fibre connection since there's no such offering as a 'wifi plan'. The first question I would have is what hardware do you have from Telus? Normally the hardware on the 500mbps plans isn't always the same as the 3gbps plan. When you "upgraded", how did you go about doing that? Did you speak with someone on the phone at Telus?

I upgraded my wifi on the Telus site, I also called them and they said it takes about 24-48 hours to take effect, so I'm just waiting right now. It has been 30 hours since I upgraded from the Telus website.
