Telus Internet Installation Shabby
Telus installed my internet today and I just realized when after checking the internet and stuff they did a shabby work in the basement when they installed the technicolor NH20T. Basically this small network panel door does not close anymore and they covered it with this flimsy electrical tape that doesn't even work. And inside well I took a picture of that. Can anyone tell me what are my options?

Hey Y121K - Options can range from re-doing the wiring yourself and depending on your comfort level you should be able to get it better managed than it is currently.
Another option is that we could send a tech out and do the same thing. They may be able to leave it in a better state but it's hard to say without being there.

I talked to your escalation team and they said they would send a technician and waive the technician fees.
They came over but now I was sent a bill for them so I am waiting for your escalation team to call back.- TELUS_Support
