last time I redeemed point by choosing Amazon but I have not got the card mail to my home address?

how can I get the amazon gift card i already redeemed from my point?

    As Zman2k2 says, Amazon certificates are emailed;  almost instantly.

    Check your email, the one you’ve got the MyTELUS account on.  Check the promotions, junk, spam, or even the inbox.  Telus sends codes that you enter on the site you ordered for, to that email address.
