On Demand shows not loading
When I try to watch anything On Demand on any of our boxes the error “Licensing not acquired” and code 0-80004005 comes up.

Hey Lucianae we recommend unplugging your box from power, rebooting your modem, waiting for that to come back online and then plugging your box back in. If that doesn't help, please send us a private message
