Missing episodes: Doctor Who on Crave

Two episode from Doctor Who, Season 4, episodes 15 and 16, The Waters of Mars and Planet of the Dead are missing from Crave. They’re available on the Crave app, but not on the Optik TV interface.
They were there a few months back, so maybe they just got lost in the shuffle.
