ksi law and spending 90 minutes talking to telus

I have  a frIEind and yes I understand the privacy aspect, no lecture required. She spent 90 minutes on the phone with telus having received a letter from KSi Law.Telus found she had called in July 2025 to cancel the services as she moved and did not need them.Yet in march 2026 she received a demand from KSi law saying she owed over $400  no details from Telus as to how the >$400 was arrived at and was subjected to the pass the parcel game for 90 minutes, ending up with the latest Telus employee, unable to explain but offering to waive the $12.00 fee for non payment.saying he could help no further as it was with collection,s after 90 minutes of waiitng.She does not necessarilly deny owing money but Teluses inability to provide a detailed breakdown is horrendous. I have paid the 50% closure amount the lawyers offered to just shut them up, but she would really like to know wtf the >$400 is for.
