I returned my equipment but I'm getting late charges for it
I returned my equipment the way that they told me to but I'm still getting charged for it. I have the tracking receipt. But now, it says my account is "inactive" and I can't get on the phone with someone through the chat bot which is the only way I've ever been able to talk to someone. Can someone please help me prove that I returned the equipment?
