How do i lodge a formal complaint about customer service?
I have been on and off the phone with Telus reps since November 16 regarding our old business services being overcharged and Telus continuing to charge the new business owners and us for three months post-transfer. I get a different story and a runaround each time I call, and then I am told I will get callbacks that never happen.

Have you found out a way to lodge a complaint?
Were you able to lodge a formal complaint? I'm having a similar issue and would like to do something similar, but have not been able to figure out how.
