High Packet loss on Telus backbone
Hello there,
We have 2 servers in Brazil. We are having around 50% packet loss when reaching Telus backbone trying to connect to Brazil.
When using a vpn we have no issues at all.
Can someone escalate this?

can you provide with a trace?where are you connected from what it the vpn connected to and from and what are the network routes ?
