Help needed for applying Adguard DNS in the Telus Router T3200M

I have Adgaurd on my NAS Synology, but I was not able to apply its DNS in the TELUS modem, I managed to apply on couple of devices not on the router level, any help?

  • I don't use AdGuard but I did change my DNS to Quad9.

To change the DNS you need to login to your T3200M and then select Advanced Setup and then Proceed.

From there select LAN IP Settings on the left.

Under 3. Set the DNS Values. you want to go to DNS Server 1 and 2 and click on statically assigned and enter the appropriate addresses.

Apply changes and you should be good to go.

These settings should apply to all devices on your network that use DHCP.

I'm not seeing that for 4 on my T3200M. I have Firmware version 31.164L.22.

You shouldn't need to make any other changes than the ones I mentioned in the previous post.
