Apple lightning to hdmi adapter

Playback error everytime I hook up my Apple lightning to hdmi, to watch Telus plus app, never used to happen. Can watch Netflix, prime and YouTube. Telus support says it’s Apple faults and Apple says it’s Telus. Anyone have the same problem?

    It’s happening to me too. They must have banned this feature like Disney+ and other apps.
