Telus thinks Calgary calls come from Airdrie

Does anybody else in NW Calgary have problems with Telus thinking all of your phone calls are in Airdrie (both when I answer and dial out)? I'm 25km away from Airdrie. If Telus doesn't even know where my calls are originating from (as well as where I'm answering them), that doesn't exactly instill confidence in anything they are doing. In fact, it's incompetent.

I was with Rogers for 20 years and they never made errors like that - they always knew where I was when I dialed out or answered calls. I'm beginning to think I made a horrible mistake by switching providers.
