How come I don't get 5G?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, yet I have never connected at 5G speeds. I'm currently on the Peace of Mind - Unlimited nationwide talk, text, and endless data (20GB High Speed) plan. Is 5G plan dependent?

    No, 5G is not plan dependent. There may be differences between phones, or locations.
