Customer Service with Human Representative
How do I get through to speak with a human to discuss the query I have concerning my Telus billing?
I do not need an AI rep to text me instructions on how to read nor do I need it to read the bill to me. I wish to have questions about my billing answered by a person.

I noticed the agents are usually unavailable, you have to call not chat
