Confused.

So, I ordered an iPhone 13 mini online that is black with 256 GB with bring-it-back. Last Friday (02/04/2021), went to one of the TELUS stores since they needed to verify my IDs. Everything went well on that part and the sales representative told me that they will email me in 24-48 hrs, still haven't gotten any email yet.

 

 

And here's another thing, last Tuesday night, I got the 105.60$ that I paid upfront for the taxes online in my bank. 

Is that supposed to happen? I've called, left a message, no one called back, emailed them, haven't gotten an answer.

 

I just want my phone 😞

    Hi Angel_ica sorry to hear about the order for your device.  Did you verify your spam inbox to see if you received an email?  If you received the  taxes back to your account it may be because the order was cancelled.
