TELUS Mobility Vacation Suspension What is a vacation suspension? A vacation suspension allows you to temporarily pause your mobility services and pay a reduced rate while you're away. Am I eligible for vacation suspension? All customers on a monthly plan can request a vacation suspension. If you have an active service agreement, your contract dates will not be affected by using our vacation suspension. How long can I put my service on vacation suspension? You can put your plan on hold for a minimum of one month and up to a maximum of six months, once per year. Is there a charge? While on vacation suspension, your plan cost will be reduced to $30 per month, plus any TELUS Easy Payment® amount(s) for your device(s), if applicable. For wireless Wi-Fi devices such as Smart Hub, portable internet hubs, and mobile internet keys, your plan cost will be reduced to $10 per month. How to suspend service? Access the TELUS Mobility Vacation Suspension page and select the Log in button under the Please log in to start this process section. In the "Please log in to start this process" section, select Log in and enter your telus.com/mytelus credentials. Select the telephone number you wish to suspend. After filling out the form fields, click Submit. After submitting the form, one of the following messages will display: Thank you for your submission. You will receive an email once the process is complete. Sorry, looks like you don’t have any Mobility services on this account. Looks like you also have Home Services.
