I know this isn't what you're talking about, but Telus also has the most hilariously inept telephone chat bots I have yet encountered (and I also deal with Rogers voice chat bots and those of several major banks). Today the Telus chat bot ended a call with me, apparently reacting to the cheerful tone I used when it said it would connect me with a representative - it had "decided" that my issue was already resolved and ended the call without connecting me to anyone. đ2.2KViews1like3CommentsRe: Can't cancel Telus Mobility
I was billed for more than three months of *cell phone* service for a *smart watch* that Telus has been unable to connect to their network. It still isn't connected, and Telus won't reimburse me for *any* of the service I didn't receive, though I've been following up regularly for two months. Since October 12, I have been charged the cost of a mobile phone line for a smartwatch. To add insult to injury, Telus has not even been able to activate the smart watch on its network. I have had active customer service calls on this since December 14, and to date I have spent 16 hours (!) on the phone with Telus representatives without any meaningful response.354Views0likes0Comments
