They created two accounts and are charging me for both when I only use one. Being billed $90 a month when I was told $40. Customer service just keep passing me around. Can someone please help me?  
I have been waiting for my telus home internet appointment for 3 weeks now. I keep getting texts on the day telling me its been move back to x date. This is becoming frustating taking days off to have my internet installation just for it to be cancel...
