According to support, the Optik TV Home Screen can be disabled at startup. The same instructions don't work for the newer Telus TV-21T box. Any suggestions? The goal is to just have live TV with no menu be the default start option. Old school, I know...

I started with Telus earlier this year. I believe I’m on the newest platform. I see no reference to Optik, just Telus TV+

I was having similar issues - TV screen would freeze in the middle of a show and would have to unplug the box to reset. Nothing for a couple of weeks now. I'm in Calgary.

Has Naturescape been removed? I just switched to Telus and cannot find it in listings anywhere. Disappointing since the TV channel selection guide still has it listed.
