User has no rights on OptikTV app for MacOS
I have recently renewed my contract with Telus, with Optik included. When I watch on my laptop I am unable to play from the guide, and get random "user has no rights" when I try to watch programs or in some cases on demand programs.1.6KViews0likes1CommentRe: Additional charges last three bills?
Thank-you. I should have mentioned that I have spent a good deal of time with Vonage, whose customer service has impressed me. They could neither sort out why my calls are being forwarded or how to stop them. Their suggestions for me I had already done or were features never in place.4.6KViews0likes1Comment
