Billing Start Date
Hello, I'm looking to port over to Telus this month or next. I was wondering, does my billing date start on the day I port over? I want my billing cycle to start on the first of the month and thought, if I port on the first, I will get billed on the first. Tks.

Called Telus tech support yesterday, they enabled my rogers Samsung bought phone and now I have volte. 🙂 I was told, no need to purchase a Telus phone, just need to make sure the phone is on the approved list.

Call display
Coming from rogers and now with Telus, people I call see my number but not my name. How can I change this? Also, I'm using a phone I bought from rogers but I don't see that being an issue with regards to both caller and name display. Thanks.
