Hello Looking for advice / assistance on transferring account to a surviving spouse Father passed away and trying to transfer home services over to his wife's name (80 yrs young) she also has her own Telus home phone account Have spent many hours on phone 3 different occasions - mostly waiting on hold and receiving conflicting advice 1st agent says the Home services email my Telus login passwords etc will transfer straight over - and will follow up next day at an approximated time by agent to confirm - no call back Call in again - agent reports no problem - then says account is on copper transferred - hold again next agent says will not be able to use same Anonymous.net email if transferred - and to just create a new Gmail account Promises made for follow up calls do not happen. Forced to call in again 1-888-811-2323 having to re-live and re explain the ordeal all over again - I cannot believe how disconnected this process is - people pass everyday why is this process so broken - Greatly appreciate advice wisdom and suggestions on what has to be done to complete what seems to be a simple process. Thanks for your time RandySolved3.9KViews1like3CommentsRe: Edit Credit Card details - Browser security

Hello Not able to update / register credit card info on MyTelus Prepaid account After selecting - Edit Registered credit card - Site returns the following message Your browser does not reach the security standards required for us to process online payments. For your protection, please use an updated browser or re-enable your browser's security settings. We accept these browsers for online payments: Google Chrome 44 or higher Internet Explorer 11 or higher Firefox 40.0.2 or higher Chrome is up to date - Version 96.0.4664.93 - also tried EDGE - same results from 3 different computers on two different networks Chat and live Agent support was frustrating getting this looked into Any body else also having seen similar issues updating payment options recently?Solved7.5KViews0likes6CommentsWifi router behind Telus Moca Adapter
Hello all Looking for help and guidance here Had bonded service installed recently for internet and Optiv TV as an upgrade from Telus25 (now getting 50/10) Modem is TM3200 and Moca ECB6200 adapters have been installed to support 3 set top boxes and one also for a PC all in separate rooms Wireless signal in the room with the adapter supporting the PC has very poor/weak signal Have been trying to set up a WiFi router as an access point behind the Moca adapter in that room to improve / extend connections for wireless devices I have read that it should not be a problem? - However Internet connection speeds through the access point router via the Ethernet connection through the Moca adapter are as expected, in the area 50/10 Wireless however is only in the area of 3/5 When connecting the access point router to Ethernet side of the TM3200 (by passing the Moca connection as test) wireless speeds return 40/9 Are there settings or restrictions on the Moca side I am not aware of that are restricting wireless connections from the access point router Tried setting up old DIR-615 and DIR-1750ac - both with similar results - Poor wireless speeds Do I need Telus / Actiontec equip such as WCB6200Q WiFi Network Extender with Bonded MoCA to make this happen? Any help and guidance would be much appreciated Randy2.3KViews0likes0Comments
