Scheduled Service Calls
Can someone please help me understand why 2 scheduled service calls with Telus cannot be followed up on? I have been waiting for a scheduled return call with a 45 minute window twice to no avail. Not very good service to be able to reach out to service to get technical problems resolved.90Views0likes5Comments
