Then after being on hold for an hour, they blame my AC or furnace.Smart Home Thermostat We have had nothing but problems with our thermostat shutting down in the coldest days and during this past heatwave. The Support Team is no help! Replace the batteries and then blamed the furnace/AC. Anyone else in pain?
