Smart Home Thermostat

We have had nothing but problems with our thermostat shutting down in the coldest days and during this past heatwave.  The Support Team is no help!  Replace the batteries and then blamed the furnace/AC.  Anyone else in pain?

    Hi EJF - does the thermostat just shut down and stays off, or is it in a reboot cycle?

      Not sure what you mean. It stops working. I call Support and they reset it after I swear that I changed the batteries! Then after being on hold for an hour, they blame my AC or furnace.

        Understandably frustrating. When you've spoken with our team and had them reset it, was it working or did that not resolve the issue at all?
