Samsunf watch promotion
I just recently got a new samsung phone and was offered a galaxy watch 7 for $0 but had to get a $15 watch plan. I got the watch but I never got a contract agreement. Order #TD2544357. Nothing is showing up in my account either for the watch

Hey I just upgraded my contract and got a new Motorola razr 2025, I can’t seem to get rcs messaging to work. I’ve tried resetting and clearing caches but still no luck. Any ideas on what to try next?

Phone upgrade/order
Hey, I’ve ordered a new phone and renewed a 2 year contract. Ive done the manual verification and I’ve received my new contract agreement and can see my phone has updated on the device list in my Telus app. I was wondering how long the processing time takes? My payment went through on the credit card.

I ordered a new phone/re newed a 2 year contract. I never got a confirmation and the Telus representative said my order was on hold? The credit card company said the payment was approved. Is it on Telus’s end?
