Phone upgrade/order
Hey, I’ve ordered a new phone and renewed a 2 year contract. Ive done the manual verification and I’ve received my new contract agreement and can see my phone has updated on the device list in my Telus app. I was wondering how long the processing time takes? My payment went through on the credit card.

Hi Jacobfr1 - when you order through the website you are given an estimated shipping date and that is pretty accurate. Without knowing inventory availability we could not provide you with an accurate answer but if everything checks out, 3-5 business days would be a good timeline for the device to be shipped
