No. It kept getting removed after the first two months, but Telus kept reassuring that it's been corrected. The most recent communication exchange was that they've added a data add-on at no extra fee, except now that I'm getting charged extra fess for the data add-on. Now they've said they're unable to communicate via PM with me due to a system issue yet I can send PM's to other members. Tell me how that works. HOW IS IT THIS BAD?! TELUS SUPPORT PLEASE PM AGAIN TO ASSIST!! Three months for three months, now you guys have begun adding data that conflicts with the current data plan AND charging me extra on top an annual pre-paid plan! So the online team was able to reapply it after I lost if for about a week... Then now a new "monthly" cycle has begun and guess what???? the data promo disappeared again!! meaning I have to repeat the cycle for assistance and lose another week of data. a straight forward sign up for a 12 month pre-paid plan turned into an absolute nightmare after the data got removed after one month. there's no way to connect to a human on the phone as their phone tree is broken, and their online support is useless telling me to call in to speak to a person instead. absolute bait with their plans and a complaint to the CCTS needed, but not like Telus will care either way as a monopoly company1.1KViews2likes14CommentsData Promo Disappeared from Pre-Paid Account
I ported my senior parents over to Telus for their one-year prepaid plan with the data bonus but after the first month, it's completely disappeared from the account and they have no data. I have tried numerous times to connect with Telus via telephone but their phone tree constantly disconnects me even when selecting the appropriate request (e.g. "Press 1 for English", I press 1, "That's an invalid number, try again later.
