hello, I'm in the process of getting scammed by Telus smartphone security loyalty team. 

In January I agreed to a quote with the loyalty department. They said the technician will evaluate your home and you can decide if you want to proceed with the install and service. I declined the install. At this point, I thought it was done. 

 

Now, a few months later, they're billing me, suggesting the account is active even though I don't have any service or equipment installed. There's multiple reasons I didn't want the installer to proceed so I assumed as long as nothing is installed, why would they activate the account? There's nothing to monitor??

On top of that, they're saying if I cancel this unused service, I have to pay a huge early cancellation fee. 

 

How can I get out of this?
