Hello. I've written about this before but have never received a proper response. I would like to know whether the following phone number is the Telus Monitoring Station's phone number: 1-833-339-2288 as mentioned on this page https://www.telus.com/fr/support/article/smarthome-security-getting-started
I wish to provide my emergency contacts with the right phone number in case of a false alarm.

This can all be done via the app or web portal. If you visit the English version of the page: https://www.telus.com/en/support/article/smarthome-security-getting-started and scroll to the bottom, you'll see links for how to get that done!

Hi! I think you misunderstood my question. I was only asking whether the phone number is the right phone number to call the monitoring station in case of a false alarm. That number is nowhere to be found in the links you shared. Can you please get back to me? Thanks!

@TELUS_Support The link does not work since you are referring me to Price's Alarms in British Columbia. I am in Quebec. Can you simply give me the right phone number (Central Monitoring Station) for Quebec customers, please?

Apologies! After reaching out to my support team; if an alarm goes off, our CMS will call the numbers listed to inform of the alarm and dispatch first responders as needed. We do not have a specific number for this.
