Legit door to door
Hi, Today I was visited by a Telus door to door rep. He was wearing a Telus id. And was offering a deal on home security. I wanted to know if that salesman a legit or not.
Our legitimate field teams are always wearing TELUS branded clothing and can show proper ID as you mentioned, so it seems legitimate to me. You could always call our SmartHome team directly at 1-855-255-8828 to inquire/verify further.
