I really hope that someone at Telus security reads this and forwards to their management.
The phone service is truly terrible. I have been trying to reach someone, constantly get irrelevant phone prompts, ask for an operator, I've been on hold for over 20 minutes without any indication of when someone will be with me.
This is terrible. All this automation, and constant cutting of staff that can actually help people is terrible.
I'm getting off this service as soon as I can.
But I'm guessing that nobody at Telus monitors these forums at all, and it's just another one of these "help yourselves" because we aren't doing it for you.
If someone is monitoring these and wants to do something about it reply here, and I will get a hold of you to provide specifics.
