The Big Bang Theory Season 12

I believe there is an issue with the entire season 12 of The Big Bang Theory.  When trying to load, it says there are only 3 episodes and yet it shows there are 10.  Tried to load again and it said there were now 5 episodes even though it showed 10 once again.  None of the episodes have a play button so they are unable to be viewed???  Not sure what is happening here.

Hi @tsplange  I'm following up to see if you were able to get the episodes to load.  On which channel does the issue occur?

Hello...I'm not sure it relates to a channel.  We are currently watching The Big Bang Theory through PIK TV (or Telus TV plus now) with the Crave add on.  I can see that there are 10 episodes loaded for the 12th season (even though it is saying only 5) but none of the episodes have a play feature like the 11 seasons before???

That's definitely odd. If rebooting your equipment doesn't resolve this, reaching out to our Tech Support team at 1-888-811-2323 may be your best bet.
