I am unable to log into PIK TV or Optik TV on any device.
After entering my user name and password I get the error - Login failed - your MY TELUS account hasn't been authorized.
I called Telus yesterday and they said everything looked fine on their end and the issue should resolve within 12 hours but its been over 24 hours now.

Are you able to log in to the My TELUS or Connect apps? Or at telus.com/mytelus? And at the risk of obvious questions - are you currently subscribed to Pik TV or Optik TV and is your account active and in good standing (you're not suspended due to non-payment or on vacation disconnect)?
