Very sorry about that! Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if that helps? Perhaps @KHR or @Optik-Kate are aware of this specific issue?

Hi @NotGood, there was an update to the BYOD apps a couple of days ago, can you try re-installing to app version 1.6.2.0, and ensure your Chromecast is up to date as well? Hopefully that will reduce the issue. Thanks.
