Hi, newer Telus wifi and TV customer , all set up except pvr. When I try record on remote it shows on screen ‘you are not subscribed to recordings. Call 310-mytv to activate’
i called the number and got virtual assistant , all I receive is text message on how to set up recordings , etc .
Guessing I have to schedule a call back, try this first . Maybe I have digital box only and not pvr? Tech who set up Wi-Fi said I had cloud recording though.
Any tips appreciated , thanks !

I'm guessing you have the TelusTv21T cloud recording box. It depends on the package you have. Some bizarrely don't even come with cloud recordings...
