PVR crash.

So I guess my PVR issues with WILL NOT RECORD and Channels glitching was fixed - in a way. The PVR crashed hard. Everything was erased. I was watching something and hit the back button and it froze. It took at least half an hour to re-boot - I don't know - I had to go away and do things. It's should be no surprise that I am very very unhappy.

@Kimmik  Customers only on here. Sounds like you have to contact telus to remotely check your pvr and it  may have to be replaced with new one.

Hey @Kimmik very sorry about that! If rebooting didn't fully resolve the issue, we recommend reaching out to our Tech Support team directly at 1-888-811-2323 or via Live Chat online over at www.telus.com/assist so they can connect through the network and investigate further from their end!

I now feel like the router we have is poo poo'ed. Wifi drops out all the time on other devices and obviously we have had no end of trouble with TV / PVR.

It seems very difficult to contact Telus though.
