Our optic TV PVR has been intermittently STOPPING recordings unless you restart the entire device, which then fixes the problem temporarily for a day or two and then the same problem comes back again!
Telus tech said they can send a new PVR, BUT THEN I lose all our recordings which is a lot of kids shows we have kept. It’s a terrible situation.
Anyone else have had this problem and resolved it?! The record function seemingly works, like you can click on record on a program and think jts recording but when you go back to your recordings it’s not there. I missed a few World Cup games because of it.
I’m in a 2yr contract otherwise I’d switch. Would never try Telus again as they’re terrible in both customer service and TV quality compared to Shaw or Novus I’ve had in the past.
