Wrong price quote

Hello, in May of this year a phone upgrade was completed. The representative on the phone quoted a price and discount based on where someone is employed. This particular place gets a percent discount on the plans. The plan that was quoted included the actual plan and the amount of the phone. When receiving the bills the plan wasn’t discounted as promised. There is proof of the promised amount as we taped the phone call from customer service on our end. This was done because the deal seem too good. At this point even with proof and with Telus agreeing that they can hear the agent promising this price, they are saying they cannot honour it. What is the experience that people have had with this? Has anyone had experience with the CRTC regarding a price plan?
